Terrance was the absolute best. We moved our parents things in and my husband was alone at the day of moving in he offered tips and techniques about safe ways to move alone. His customer service skills were through the roof. When we received our call back he was very polite and knowledgeable about his job. It feels great to go into an establishment and they treat your items like theirs. Several different ways to protect our things and the perks about the property features made us feel very safe and secure I highly recommend.

Terrance is one of the best. His customer skills are amazing. Every time his office is clean and he goes above and beyond to make sure you understand his lease and the rules

Terrance and Keisha were fantastic. I came in a few weeks prior to confirm costs and Terrance was very helpful. He explained costs up front and what my bill would look like moving forward. Keisha helped with the move in process the day of. I am looking forward to working with this location.
