Since I was so sardonically contacted via email by the "senior" representative who profusely apologized for the incompetence of their new personnel at the Milledgeville Location, I am posting the intended review to the correct location and modifying the review from the incorrect location in the spirit of truth (Despite the possibility of the individual working both locations having been moved to the new location for various reasons or not). After I posted the review I was literally lambasted by the general manager of the aforementioned location through personal email. At no time should a business personally (whether through personal or worse official company email** the latter in this case...) reach out to paying customers and attempt to berate them because they perceived what they thought was an unacceptable experience. I am a member of the military and decided to store my vehicle with this location out of many. I regret this decision. I have been met with nothing but contempt from the beginning. The paperwork was misleading and I was admittedly in a rush because I needed to leave that day to report on time or else I would have chosen a different location. I respect company policy for not driving people from the location despite my meager distance of 4 miles but my initial Uber drive left after the original customer service attendant delayed the registration process by talking about her earrings repeatedly despite my patience. I brushed it off and called another Uber and gave them the benefit of the doubt despite them driving off and leaving the gate I just parked a $40,000 classic vehicle at to go to lunch together or whatever they had planned in separate vehicles. Unfortunately, I do post negative reviews (mostly) but it isn't because I'm a negative person. It's simply because I received an experience that I wouldn't want any other person to experience in the spirit of business and want to post to warn individuals to avoid these businesses so that they simply don't have to experience what I have. I do my best to post positive reviews but honestly I reserve stellar reviews for exceptional service as I don't have much time to post average or above average views for many other places I visit. Read this thoroughly and choose carefully if you decide to do business with these people. I personally would avoid them but it's your property you are entrusting to them... Original Post:* Terrible. Fees and more fees. Lied about auto draft and then tried to charge me $25 late fee when it was set up prior to my departure. Didn't warn and called 7 days later to collect. Lost keys to vehicle also. Received attitude from representative. Poor customer service.

Couldn't ask for better service. Wide aisle to drive through. Nice clean units/ facility. Office staff very nice and polite. Will use again and again

Horrible I just went to go get something out of my storage unit and there is a bloody dead mouse in my unit...I will be calling first thing in the morning too see what is going to be done about this
