I went to this Public Storage at around 1pm on a Saturday when I was taking the weekend to move residences. When I arrived at the unit, I was able to get through the gate, but then the door to have access to the until was locked. I went to the office and no one was there. I ended up having to bring all of my things to my parents' home and unload everything there because I had to be out of my old place of residence by the end of the weekend. This was on a day that was -25 degrees outside with the windchill. When I called a couple of hours later the lady said that the door was locked because she was not on site due to taking a lunch break. She did not apologize, but rather said "Usually we leave a sign on the door." I drove all the way from Brooklyn Park to Hopkins for nothing and then had to leave all of my things in Eden Prairie where I will now have to reload everything into my car and take multiple trips to the storage space to drop everything off there. Also, when I went to Public Storage the week before to get my unit set up, the lady tried to convince me to get a larger unit. The one I have is already way bigger than what I need.

Sheila was very nice and informative. The unit was very clean and in good condition upon arrival. The whole experience was great!

Not the fanciest place but definitely secure and some of the best customer care I've encountered. I rented a unit to house my Audi A4 while I traveled and it was just as I left it. Easy to close out the unit as well.

Great customer service, very informed with pricing and units, SUPER CLEAN ! no matter who you talk too everyone is very lovely.
