We rent storage facilities around to country to store materials in city's where are working. After the first company I contacted didn't meet our needs on my visit to MN, I found Simply Storage. From the call center employees to meeting Debra at the facility, I have to say this was the quickest, most efficient transactions I have done. The facility works excellent for our needs and Debra is awesome! You really feel you have a partner with this company. I cant say enough. I will definitely work with this company again.

We have utilized this storage facility for more than 10 years!  We have had nothing but excellent service!  Each year we rent an additional unit and Debra, the manager, is always watching out for us, helping us secure a second unit close to our main unit.  The facility is very convenient, blocks from Hwy 394 & Hwy 100. They keep the place well maintained, even had a fresh paint job and fresh driveway last summer.  When one of my deliveries showed up without a lift-gate, Debra chipped in and helped unload 2 entire pallets of boxes.  WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND!  THANKS SSS, SLP! You're the best!

Well located storage facility. Very well maintained and organized. Staff is very helpful and competent. I have rented a storage unit several times over the last 10 years and would do so again in a heart beat.

Absolutely fantastic! Debra was very friendly and helpful. I liked to stop in and chat with her from time to time and she was always cheerful, informative and just friendly. Highly recommend storing your stuff here as always it’s the people who make the big difference and the staff here was amazing!!

I'm 100% satisfied with the maintenance and customer service I've received from Simply Self Storage on Cedar Lake Road, St. Louis Park, MN.  I'm particular when it comes to service and for me to provide a  5 star rating is rare.  You must be doing something right!  It started with Debra Olson!  Debra sold me on your storage company.  She has done an outstanding job providing memorable customer service!  Debra is sharp, sincere, honest, helpful and extremely professional at all times!  Thank you for a wonderful experience!  Brenda
