That young man Charlie is great. He was very helpful and caring. I told him what i needed to store and gave me the absolute perfect space for my belongings. I appreciate that young man's help and I help he stays there for a long time!

I wish I could rate higher but the runaround to TRY and fix THEIR mistake has been a pain. May 18th I walked into their office to inform them my unit was vacated and to turn in the PS stickered lock. I was informed the lock was mine to keep and that I was all set for the unit. On the 31st I received an email invoice for June but because I had closed it out I thought nothing of it...until I received an email on June 1st saying that my move out date was June 1st and I owed for June. So why when I informed them well in advance did I not only get an invoice for June BUT then receive a close out of the unit for June 1st? Seems someone forgot to process the closeout of the unit and scrambled to do so on June 1st. So I kindly reached out by phone to follow up and correct their mistake. Unfortunately that was a massive runaround and bludgeon of self referencing ads. Never got through (except to sales) so still not fixed. With my need for a storage unit in July I guess my business will have to go elsewhere.

Charlie was just an Angel. I came in with only a few bucks to my name. He helped me get a space larger than I thought I could afford (which turned out to be necessary) for less money. I appreciate everything that young man did for me and the facility and grounds were very nice. I rented with Public Storage a while back and I didn't really love my experience. However, now that I know they employ people like Charlie who goes above amd beyond expectation, my opinion has definetely changed for the better.

I had a wonderful experience at the Public Storage facility yesterday! Blake was a huge help and wonderful to work with! He suggested a unit size for me that was perfect and with out his consultation, I would have been stuck with too small of a unit and in a tough spot. Thanks so much for being so helpful, Blake!

Just stopped in to pay my bill and a guy named Charlie greeted me and made me feel welcomed. He deserves every bit of this 5 star review.
