Absolutely the best self Storage company from top to bottom. Ashley and Shawn were so fun and helpful. The place was always clean. When I did have a small issue I spoke with Kevin the Regional Manager and he was also very helpful as well.

This company is like so many others, unfortunately. They are after your money and offer nothing in the way of customer service. I recently needed their assistance with entry when I wanted to get to park my bike and I was 1 minute after 10 pm. I was not able to get to my car. The service line told me their was nothing they could do and that they were sorry for my inconvenience. I pay these people far more than they deserve for what they offer. The new owners are clearly not service oriented and only seek to take money from customers. There are plenty of other storage facilities in the area. Seek them out! This facility is no longer recommended.

New ownership I assume.  Took away 24 hour access without notice.  Charged more if you wanted 24 hour access, and then a few months later notified me that the rates for outdoor storage were going up 75%   I have seen no facility improvements.  They are after your money and offer nothing in return.  Spend your money elsewhere.
