Ian helped us deal with several questions. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Ian was quite personable and over all very easy to work with for our storage needs.

We were in need of a second unit at this location and Ian was very accommodating in meeting our request. He stayed a little after closing time to help us and we were most appreciative. This is the third public storage location we've used and Ian provides by far the best customer service. He knows his stuff which helps speed the process. Thanks Ian, you are the best.

The on-site manager ,Ian has been amazing since day 1 of doing business with Public Storage. I've been having a hard time paying my monthly fees on line. I'm not the kind of person who asks for help to often. So long story short, I did it on my own and ended up paying the fee twice. When I called Olympia store Ian was as helpful and courtesy as he could have been. Ian is extremely professional and still makes me feel like I'm doing business with a local company. Ian is definitely an asset to Public Storage. I want to make sure anyone that has or will have storage needs knows where to go. Thank you Ian for being there for your customers.
