I went in with a flat tire. They were amazing. Super nice, got the job done fast. They understand my situation and really took the time to listen. This location will be the one I go to from now on. I loved how they had a TV up so you could see them work on your car. Thanks guys, wonderful customer service and the ones I will be going to from now on. They took real good Care of me. Very courteous and kind.

So my wheel came off my truck last night and my family was stranded on the side of the road.  David, from you store was driving by and turned around to help us.  My lug wrench didn't fit the lugs because I had gotten after market wheels and the lugs were different. David had the correct size in his personal vehicle and helped us out.  I would probably still be there on the side of the road if David didn't help. He also refused to take any money.  Wow, what a great person he is.  Just a quality individual. Thanks David!!!

For over 30 years I have gotten great service, friendly and helpful staff. I am now in an electric power chair and Les Schwab checks andafikls the air my tires. I can always count on them.

I'm 31 and have been coming to Les Schwab since I can remember with my father as a child and then as a adult myself, GREAT SERVICE as always, so when I broke up a fight downtown between some military cats and a homeless guy who was not at fault and found my tire had been popped intentionally and I was without any money my first instinct was to call Les Schwab up and explain I didn't have the cash for a couple days until pay-day and planned on giving them my card to charge on a later date. Even though they knew this they picked me and my tire up, drove me over to the center on Plum St, drove me back and mounted the wheel with a used tire on it and told me "no charge". I was stunned! I've heard nothing but good things about Les Schwab and I'm very pleased that this reputation extends to my local Plum St Les Schwab!
