I went into this Public Storage about two weeks ago to get some boxes and packing paper and a few other items. The lady had great customer service she even offered to take all my items out to the car for me. Haven't seen customer service like that in a while. I think her name was Tamera something like that. I will be back if we need more items.

I been renting a parking space at this location for about 8 months. I was going to vacate today but realize my car would not start. The young lady in the office was super nice I'm sorry to be leaving this location. Only had to stop in the office a few times but the customer service was always good. If I ever need to store my car again this will be the place. The grounds are clean and well kept. My vehicle was safe no issues at all.

At first encounter, the staff was helpful in renting me the unit I needed. The condition of the unit I was rented was somewhat questionable, as my possessions would frequently become covered in a white powder that the staff could not explain. Additionally, I had repeated experiences being charged fees that had not been explained to me beforehand. On more than one occasion I received a call informing me that I owed money on the unit, and when I asked what I was being charged for, the explanation was unclear to the point that I didn't know whether I was being penalised, whether it was part of a monthly payment, or otherwise. Policy wise I'm sure everything was valid, but there was practically zero explanation of the fees that would arise regularly. I wouldn't have minded paying a little more for the unit instead of being advertised a certain rate, and then feeling like I was being tricked into paying more money than I had agreed to.
