Switched my storage unit this month to somewhere closer. This place seemed nice online, however, upon reserving a spot and going through the process of moving in, there's much left to be desired. The manager Pricilla is rude, unorganized and lacking in basic customer service skills. Her assistant isn't much better. They overcharged me for the van rental and have yet to fix it. We are on day 7 of waiting. The manager claimed she reversed the overcharge, but I see nothing on my account other than a completed sale. To say I am displeased is an understatement. I would not recommend this storage facility and whatever you do, be sure and watch what they charge you.

This facility was impressively immaculate as well as the grounds. The office staff was very helpful and informative by giving advice to aid my move and payment reminders. I would definitely recommend this location for storage, but will also return if storage needs ever arise again.

I recommend Life Storage without reservation. Ms. Priscilla and Mr. Walter are knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and kind. The facility and the storage units are clean and well lit. I am certain that my mom's items will be well stored and leave in the same condition in which they arrived. This is a comfort.

Excellent/professional service, great rates, clean unit and facility, and use of a van to move items - what more can you ask for? Very happy with our choice to use Life Storage.

The service I received at Life Storage was excellent. Priscilla is an expert in storage needs and requirements. She was extremely knowledgeable in assisting me with moving my storage in and out of their facility. The staff is always on site, pleasant to work with and very professional. The facility is clean and well kept. Awesome!!
