Rosemary was extremely busy with other customers as I walked in. At that time she said ( hello it's nice to meet You! welcome to public storage how may I assist you today? It was the way she said it.. I felt comfortable.. She answer all my Q&A one of the nicest people .

Wow, talk about customer service. I came in to the Public Storage on Market St., asking about information about purchasing boxes. As I walked in, I was greeted by Chris. He seem to know his stuff. He was very informative, also gave me information about their boxes and storage packs. He was very helpful. Thank you Chris for being so awesome. The world needs more people like you.

BEST Public Storage location the the metro area. What really sets it apart is the thorough and professional customer service. Nicole was the manager I met with and I was blown away by the service. To be fair, I was initially hesitant about the location but the assurance of the facility's security and the help offered by staff members like Chyna, I only see me headed here for any other time I have a need for storage. Thanks guys!

The customer service here is by far one of the best services I've experienced. I called looking for a unit, Rosemary was very helpful with finding me a unit for my compnay. All of my concerns were solved and questions answered by Rosemary. She has great knowledge base and was very polite, sincere, thorough and professional. I will be coming back to Rosemary for when i need another unit.

This is my first time using storage for anything. The customer service was good and they walked me through everything. Rosie took care of me and she did a very good job even though I later found out that she was a new employee. I couldn't tell she was new because she did such a good job and handle everything like she'd been there along time. Hopefully I'll never have a need to use storage again but if I do, I know where I'll be coming back to.
