Continuously impressed with the service at this location. Brandon is an essential part of what keeps that location running so smoothly, there is always an air of cheerfulness and willingness to help others. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this units to absolutely anyone.

Kaelyn was amazing! She knew her stuff. Very friendly, got me in & out in a timely fashion because I was in bit of a rush. Very great a company & service

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of professionalism at this Public Storage! From the moment I stepped foot in the door I was greeted with a smile and nothing but the best service. Brandon made sure I was clear on all expectations and even guided me to my unit. I know my belongings are safe there with such a wonderful staff!

I was a customer for over 5 years with multiple storage units. I always had a good experience except when I tried to close out my final storage unit. I moved out 4 days into the month during normal hours, but there was no one in the office to confirm and close it for me. When I called on the following Monday, they told me that I owe for the entire month and they cannot close it until I pay. I called customer service to see if it could be prorated and they said no. I had to pay the full amount, and they don't prorate (Although they have in the past). They emailed corporate to have the district manager reach out to me, but I never heard back. When I called the office back to just pay it and move on; they added a late fee! I left a voicemail and sent emails to the district manager with no response. Very disappointing customer service. I won't be using any Public Storage in the future.

My wife and I stopped in to get some prices for a move and kaeyln was a great help, facility was clean and she really relieved some stress we have about moving thankyou!
