Started renting here (first storage unit, later an outdoor spot for camper storage) when it was Circle Storage and had 24-hour access, good rate, great security. Public Storage takes over and goodbye 24-hour access, lights turned off at night, gate left open all day, even raised the rent. Oh, and they TRIED to get a copy of my Title (want to guess why?) even though I had never been delinquent on my payments. Nope, found a better, more affordable place for my storage needs. Won't go back. However, if you enjoy paying more (and later, even more) while getting less, then this might be the place for you. Otherwise, I recommend looking elsewhere.

I've had a storage unit here for several years. It started as Circle Storage then became Bearcat Storage. It was fine during that time period. I would have given them 5 stars. 

Now here comes Public Storage and suddenly I find myself scrambling to get my stuff out of there so I don't have to pay their useless but mandatory insurance fee because they apparently want to leave the gate open all day. It's no longer a 24 hour access site either. So they take away convenience and charge more money. Useless.

This is a great clean place to store my things. Tiffany was fast with the move in process and very informative.

The storage unit is clean and very well maintained. The staff at Public Storage is always professional and nice.
