I had a positive experience. The price to pick up my loveseat and older (heavy) tv was reasonable and the movers were polite and trustworthy.

The appt booking process was very easy and when I needed to make a change, the customer service was phenomenal! Matt and his team arrived on time, hauled away everything that needed to go quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and helpful. My organizer, who has worked with other junk removal companies, was VERY impressed! I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Kathleen G. Cincinnati OH
