We are moving in a couple months, I went in to public storage to all about ratez on a unit and pricing on some boxes. Pam was a great help, she asked me what I would be storing and what I needed boxes for so she new what size and how many I would need. With her help I know my moving experience will go smoothly, thank you so much Pam!! I will recommend Pam and Public Storage to anyone I know moving

On August 8, 2017 I purchase merchandise from the Monroe Road store. I returned the merchandise because I found it cheaper somewhere else and was told that I could not be given a refund because I paid cash. Evidently, cash is not kept at the location. I was issued a refund receipt and personally made a note at the bottom that the merchandise was returned and a promise was made to refund by check because there was no cash available. I had the clerk on duty sign the statement. On 9/18 I called the local office and was told they could not help me without a receipt number. I was referred to Brian Cooley, the Division Manager. I called Brian on 9/18 and explained that I could not locate the receipt and asked for a call back. No call back. I called Brian again on 9/22 (that's 4 days later if you are counting) and asked for a call back. No call back. On 9/23, I located the receipt. I called the local office on 9/25 and gave them the receipt number. They said they had no record of it and referred me to customer service. I called customer service. They told me that they were unable to track merchandise transactions. I've placed another call to Brian (who never answers his phone by the way) and a call to Scott Henderson. No phone call. This is a disreputable way to conduct a business. It's a shame to have to go through this much trouble to try to get a company to behave in an ethical manner.

helped a friend move her things into storage as she transitioned into her new place. upon arriving the lady helping us was awesome. I can't say the same about the older lady that was working closing. we had 15 minutes left before closing hours and litterally 3 boxes and 2 fake trees left on the uhaul to put into the unit and she kept yelling to us from the gate to hurry up as they were closed. but with 15 minutes left in sorry but you are not going to rush us to finish when we were less than 5 min away from finishing. it was very unprofessional.
