So I’ve had a lingering cough for about 2 months now. I have wheezing at night that makes it hard to breathe and get any rest. I’m taking everything for it. I’m also 9 months pregnant so I am quite miserable. I made an appointment with this office to resolve this issue since my PCP and OB were unable to help. The appointment went well but I was told that I have to come back in next week to see an asthma specialist. As I understand, the specialist was there at that time but I was unable to see him. So I have to schedule more time off, in addition to my OB appointments, wait another week of restless nights and pay another copay to see another specialist in the same office. I would have preferred the doctor be well-informed of all possible ENT issues including asthma or be given the opportunity to take care of all of my needs in that office on the same day. This is a huge inconvenience for me.

Dr. Lee is very knowledgeable,  he is a great doctor. He is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable asking him any questions.

The doctor, nursing and office staff were both personable and professional.  They were very attentive to messages and made the whole experience a little less painful.

Nice office, nice costumer service . Both doctor's ENT (Jeffrey Pacheco) & AUDIOLOGIST was very professional,  diligent and took the time to explain everything . Odenton Office. Definitely recommend this place.

This place struggled for a long time, shots would often take an hour, customer service was pretty bad, billing even worse. My wife and I have seen a huge improvement with the Odenton location. Updated friendly and efficient staff kept us from switching to Glen Burnie. Shot wait times consistently under 5 mins most times, this location was always convenient but was horrible to go to, much improved.
