Heidi was excellent in getting me set up today. She was super friendly, and very informative. This is the second time I've rented here, and the recent upgrades are super great. Very little hassle, good pricing, quality staff.

We have rented here twice, excellent service both times. We were storing a trailer, and they went out of their way to fine the best storage unit for that. We looked at 4 units to find the easiest one to load. The employees are very friendly. Will rent here again if i need it.

The rental process was pretty smooth, although the advertised deal only lasted a couple months before the rate went up. My moving truck was 26' and couldn't turn through the facility via the main gate. There was a gate in my row that opened where I could easily back my truck in, however at the time of move in I was told it was "broken" and that the property manager couldn't open it because it was too heavy but that it was going to be repaired soon. I had to negotiate my movers opening and closing the gate ourselves so we could access the unit. Upon the time of move out, 10 months later the gate was still "broken". When I asked for the movers to do the heavy lifting I was told that the property manager was not allowed to open the gate. My movers had to back into another gate at the opposite end of the facility and walk my belongings up the alley to the truck. When we were nearly completed, I was told by the property manager that "she guessed we could try the other gate". When I said what an inconvenience this had created the property manager told me, "well what would you have done if there was no gate!" I replied that I wouldn't have rented there had I known there was no access to the unit with a truck. With this poor customer service I would recommend taking your business elsewhere! Also, if you move out before the end of the month don't expect to get your rent prorated as most businesses would do. Last but not least, the doors on the units don't have a weather seal so water and debris had gotten into my unit and my belongings were covered in dirt/leaves, not to mention the rat droppings that covered the floor.

Went in today and Heidi was awesome! Super helpful and made this moving experience so much less stressful!
