Boulder Self Storage

Jason and Shelby are so great in all the ways that they are both friendly and helpful. The facilities -- which are solar and wind powered -- are modern, fairly new, and clean. The location and access are convenient. Highly recommended!

This place is great. The staff (especially Jason) is really friendly and accommodating. The units are well-maintained and easy to access.

Out of all the places in the area I called, Boulder Self Storage was the only company to return my call. They understood my need for a sense of urgency and reacted when no one else did. The facilities are top notch, clean, completely secured. However I feel I was taken advantage of price wise- $300 for a month! Way too expensive, but I had no choice and there weren't any first month specials. However, I was offered to use their moving vehicle for a day when I needed to move my belongings. Other than that, the only way I can recommend this facility is if you can afford to pay like rent money for real...just to store your stuff. Ask yourself how valuable is the stuff really that you want to store. Any city close by is way way cheaper that this place so if you can just keep driving if you need something more affordable.

I'm really sorry that I don't remember the woman's name. She was very lovely and helpful. She drove me around to the spot and let me get a feel for it. Very helpful and sweet. She was patient with my disability and very grateful to have my service there. I'm a huge jerk for not remembering her name but she was an angel. Thank you, that lady.

Great location, price, facility, and staff. HOWEVER, if you move out past the 2nd or 3rd of the month, they WILL NOT prorate your final payment. If your lock is off the unit (and you've vacated), they'll rent out your unit for the remainder of the month that you've already paid for (getting them twice the profit). This is an unfair practice and I highly encourage people to look elsewhere if their moving schedule doesn't coincide with a monthly schedule.
