Had to help family move a three bedroom house on a spur of the moment occasion and luckily found Lilian at Public Storage on Hilltop. She made our experience great. Very professional and a genuinely fun and caring person. Public would do itself a favor by hiring more people like Lilian. Maybe even promote her and have her train employees on how to deal effectively and politely with the public! After all, when "PUBLIC" is in the name of your company, it helps to have a friendly professional interacting with the "PUBLIC".

Great staff! Very customer focused. We are in the office a few times each month and the staff (Lillian) is supper helpful and goes out of their way to make sure we're happy....not normal for a storage place! Awesome job guys!

Josh was very friendly, helpful, and informative. Making a stressful transition much more bearable. Made sure I understood everything and pointed out a few storage matters I hadn't even considered so that I wouldn't run into any issues after moving my stuff in. Price was relatively affordable as well and would have no problem recommending this location to others.

Do not store your things here!!!! Please take your items out of storage and move them if you still store your things here. I moved out of state and stored my items here. 3 months later I found out my unit had rats and thousands$$$$ worth of belongings were ruined. A true tragedy for me, I lost everything. I filed a claim and it was denied because I had a sealed, untouched plastic container of dog food in the unit. So I paid over $400 throw away all my belongings and I was emotionally abused. If you like paying money to get screwed, have fun. Otherwise, RUN AWAY!! I will not rest easy on this, public storage deserves to be shut down and condemned.

I want to thank Lillian, Property Manager, for helping me move out of my unit. She was very understanding and thoughtful about how frustrating it is in moving out. She clearly portrays her main concern is the customer. Public Storage is lucky to have such a conscientious person willing to assist the customer in any situation. I would highly recommend her as a candidate for your "A" property locations. Thanks again, Lillian.
