I love this place. 
Nicole, the facility manager is awesome and not only sweet and cheerful but very professional and helpful.
I have used this location for the last 4 years and always felt like I'm the most important customer they have. This is how they treat each and every one of their customers.
The place is always clean and reservations are always handled well.
Prices are good and a good variety of storage units.
Highly recommended and I will definitely continue to use this storage facility.

I rented a space here from January to October of this year. I always paid on time and the staff was friendly and helpful. The unit itself was nice, and I felt safe having my stuff here. About 3 months in, I received a notice that my rent was going up $20 a month. Upon researching it, I found out this is common of Public Storage, and had I stayed longer it most likely would have continued to go up. The month of September they had construction all throughout the property. They did post signs and send a notice, and I appreciate that they were keeping up with maintenance. However, the month of September is when I needed to get my stuff out. My schedule never seemed to corrospond with being able to access my unit due to construction. Construction was being done in many places, completely restricting access to different units and paths. Mind you, no discount was being offered for lack of accessability. I was finally able to arrange a day to move my stuff out. By 10am on October 3rd, my unit was emptied, cleaned, and I had checked out with the office. A few hours late I received an email stating I still had a balance. They were charging me the ENTIRE balance for October (minus the $15 mandatory insurance). When I called to discuss this, she stated that they no longer pro-rated the units. She then gave me, upon my request, the district managers phone number, and despite leaving a message he never returned my call. Without even so much as a follow-up email, they turned me into a collection agency. I will happily just settle with the collect agency, but I will NEVER EVER give Public Storage my business again. Do your due diligence when looking for a unit. There are a ton of places, much cheaper, and just as good. Public Storage reels you in with a free month, but they are getting that money from you eventually- trust me!

Taking care of getting extra storage with Nicole was so pleasant that I wanted to give her a high five!  I was able to get more done with my day simply because of the efficient and thorough help she provided. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for such great customer service.

Nicole has been helping me with storage for years, and has always gone above and beyond! Would recommend this location and Public Storage to anyone looking for storage!

Unfortunately I was only able to utilize my space for a month as I travel often.. however..the manager and staff (Nicole and Amy.. oops..hope I got names correct 😊) are so considerate and professional..after my initial contact the mgr called me with a follow-up to see if I was satisfied with the service and storage..I would strongly recommend this facility to anyone as customer service is a must these days.. thanks to them for making me a temporary but highly satisfied individual.. Domingo Bustos Jr.. Veteran..US Army..
