It was initially great very personable welcoming but 3 days into my experience there I was informed someone had sent a photo of me sitting in a chair. Staff there extrapolated this to mean I was thus living there in my unit. I have been berated, belittled, demeaned on every subsequent visit. The treat me with the respect you would show a horse thief, or child molester. I would advise any and all stay away from place in any organization that would conduct itself in such a manner. I'm a hundred percent service-connected Vietnam veteran and they treat me like I'm a common Thief like a broken into one of their units. My great sin with being there at 10 at night and sitting down in a chair. I'm an old man I've been moving my stuff for nannies and I was tired and for this they treat me worse than I would treat a dog that bit my child

Excellent location and Dottie and Tammy are super helpful, kind and courteous. They always take good care of me and answer my questions.

Place sucks, THEY WILL RIP YPU OFF & raise rates..$200/mon 10x20 is now what they are charging me after 3 months, don't get suckered into their scam.. go to mini storage their honest AND cheap..
