They have lost my meds twice now and have blamed it on my dr. which I have proof it wasn't them. Called today to make sure they have it since I just took my last dose and while they will have it this afternoon the lady on the phone was exceedingly rude and huffy that I wanted to be sure I wouldn't run out. In person they are always great though.

Love the store. Not real happy with the pharmacy. Syncing refills sounds great in theory, but they just can't get it right. I'm going to be compelled to open, check, and count every prescription before I leave the counter every time. To those who will be in line behind me, I apologize in advance.
Update: fixing the last error was done at no charge, so there's that.
