I had dr. call in prescriptions gave them 3 days to get it ready. Went in and said they were having trouble with my insurance so provided my new card to them. they then  told me they didn't have it ready may be ready in about 20 min ..well I have been here before and 20 min really means a hour.  so I had to leave with out my meds. customer services is also really poor. u think they could have been more professional and called me to advise me the problem since they haveno problem calling a cpl times a day to tell you its ready..

Dropped a prescription off, lady said would be done in and hour!! I was like wow and hour ok whatev!! I go wash my truck vacuum it and come back in 73 min walk up to counter and she said it's almost done,  should be finished info 20 min! I said you told me an hour when I dropped it off almost 1.5 hours ago! Now your saying 20 min more.... so I sat there and 5 times she said 2 min will be ready
