Horrible week, medical diagnosis, jerk to deal with, up at 5 am to meet with cardiologist and drove over an hour, lunch with attorney from work and then contracts class, exhausted I went to Publix, had to buy groceries. Heat is terrible and I went to the deli Dept, stood in line for 15 min, was #86 a couple of other people stepped up and were helped, ignored the numbering system, not working, I am having difficulty breathing and Apparently, the newest kid tried to assist me. I know it was over 15 min. Just to slice 1/2 lb turkey, not counting all the other time I was waiting. The deli needs more help always too busy. Where is management? Always long lines at BOTH deli area. Thank God for Aria who saw I was in distress and offered to unload my buggy and then offered to take them out to my car and Publix won't allow me to tip their employees?

Great food. Horrible black people that pretend to be nice at the check out Lane. My Vietnamese wife and I checked out and this black girl was so nasty. I can't believe this is reality.

Courteous staff. Two suggestions: 1. Better signage and organization of wines 2. Staff should ask if customer would like help loading items in car, like it is in other Publix.

Longest wait of my life the girl Renee was rude didnt speak as the line got longer she kept what she was doing didnt even say be with you n a min or anything won't be back here

Placed an online order for the Deli. Went to pick up at time stamped on email and not only was it not ready, they hadn't even started slicing it. Why offer a service if you aren't going to provide what you promised?
