I love Publix! The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They always have what I need in stock. The lines usually aren’t long, and go quickly. I’d highly recommend grocery shopping here.

Posting is for the Publix pharmacy. After horrible experience at CVS (see review) I decided to get my flu shot from Publix. I was in and out in about ten minutes and the staff was helpful and kind. What a stark contrast from CVS. The pharmacy area is very clean and well stocked.

Store always clean, organized and staff friendly and helpful.  Had a delicious lunch at the deli.

I used to love Publix. I *was* able to buy all sorts of gluten free items (frozen dinners for 2, bagguettes, etc.) Why have they been removed from Tallahassee stores? I am so disappointed. Now I'm shopping for another store to accommodate my 3 generations of allergy to wheat family.

Fast and friendly service at the checkout lines.
However, as I was ordering my sandwich from Valerie, she would ignore me several times even though there was NO line. Not a smile or even an apology. I am really disappointed with the customer service in that section.
