I have always loved to shop at Publix because, shopping is a pleasure, however this morning it was not. As I was checking out , I could not find my wallet and asked the cashier if I gave her my card number could she type it in. She replies, "Is it a food stamp card?" In disbelief I replied "no, it's a visa" She prints out my receipt and tells me I have to go up front because she can't help me. The young lady at the customer service desk with the head wrap was very helpful, and I actually found my wallet in my front seat. I did not like this at all! I am 8 months pregnant, and was not assisted or asked for assistance to my car. Needless to say, I will not return to this location.

Hi fives on the awesome ice cream cake. You guys rival Carvel and Baskin Robbins cakes. One star off for a paltry ethnic hair care section- unless it has expanded since I moved.

Happy that today they were open (Dec 8th with winter storm warning) at 2:23 pm. We bought needed food that it was already cook, Hot Lemon Pepper Chicken, 2 32 oz Soup Containers & other needed items. Waited 40 minutes for the whole chicken to come out of the oven, but it was worth it. One of the managers was on top of everything, like wipe dried the shopping cars that was brought back from the parking lot, opening more registers for customers didn't have to wait, etc. Congratulation to the staff at this location.

I started to look for some Advil and before my eyes could wonder Sabrina assisted me :) then she opened a checkout lane and Emily came to help her bag my things. Great service I don't get on my side of town so I had to leave these girls reviews for their good attitudes on this rainy night.
