Kroger is my favorite shop. I live in neighborhood and spend a lot of money there. Stuff is friendly and professional. But today I felt fooled. And that is reason why I am giving it 1 star. Product (deer park water) was market as 1.99 and only Saturday. We got one package and we were charged 3.99 at register for it. When I asked why, I got answer that digital coupon is needed for this product. We of course did not have it. I don't care about 2$, I care only how I felt. And I felt fooled

Best Kroger ever! Always fast lines even when crowded. Almost always fully stocked and has hard to find stuff . I’d go out of my way to come to this grocery store. Luckily I don’t have to :)

Pleasant and good looking store.  Check-out clerk wasn't very helpful; when she didn't know the price of an item, she kept repeating that someone earlier wanted the same item and went and got it so she (the clerk) could ring it up.  Only when I suggested that she asks for help did she ask another empower for help (he knew where to find the price).  Maybe she was just really new.......      and then there's the parking but I guess there's not much that can be done about parking.

Produce selection was skimpy.  Didn't have 2 of the things that I wanted.  These Buy 5 to get the sale price suck.  Who thought that was a good idea?  The Kroger shredded cheese has gone up to $3.49 so they can put it on their NEW LOWER PRICE for $2.69.  It used to be $1.79.  Their regular ground beef was $2.69 a pound.   Next time will be going to Aldi.
