It's clean and great service, but it's hard to find certain items sometimes..need better inventory. Faster food service, waited over an hour for publix chicken wings!

I had what could have been a horrible day turn Awesome, I locked my keys in my trunk rushing to get my daughter from school,so I go back in the store to use the phone and call AAA when your Awesome Assistant Ashley asked me if I needed help I explained to her what happened and my urgency she rushed to my aid went to my car got it open within a minute, I was able to get to my daughter in time all while she's opening my car she's also calming my nerves assuring me everything will be ok. A valuable employee indeed 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

I find Prices are too High and Service Levels are kind of Low.  Very little eye to eye interaction and most cashiers and customer service reps talk amongst each other without regard to clients they are attending : (   I use Publix as a back up, but not as a primary grocery shopping store.  I rather go farther to get a better deal : /

I've never had a bad encounter with anyone at this publix. The other day I came into publix wanting to pick up a birthday cake for my mom. So I asked the publix associate did they have any vanilla cakes. She replied, yes what size do you need? I said nothing to big. She came back with the cake i Vision in my head. Perfect! She even wrote Happy Birthday on the cake. As I walked away with the cake I noticed that she spelled the individual name wrong on the cake. I took it back to explain to her the misspelled error. She was soooo nice about it and didn't make me wait! She took care of the problem immediately with great customer service. I value great customer service and would recommend this publix to anyone that feels the same.
