Enjoyed shopping here today, everyone was pleasant and represented the company's motto. Where shopping is a pleasure. I especially enjoyed speaking with the assistant  at the register. Beatriz was the cashier. He truly was a joy to talk with. I give him 5 star's. Publix Mgr. find out his name, we talked about gizzards.

If it wouldn't have been for my experience at the seafood dot you would of received a five star however I specifically required my salmon to be cut in 6 oz.  she than responded six exactly I don't know if I can but I will try I have always requested per oz.  and that has never happened she than wrapped it it instead of placing it in a plate and than wrapped.  She had to redo the wrapping.  I had also requested five pieces of 6 oz.  and when I came home to cook I had 6 pieces instead and I scaled salmon not completely cleaned.  Everything else would of been a great experience especially speaking to Mr. Julio the Asst who took my call to explain my unpleasant experience.  I don't like to give poor reviews it's not my norm but publix is known for servicing and this had to do with seafood and leaving me with a taste of lack of experience.  I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Bad experience tonight, bread in bad conditions, very hard Cuban bread an other breads, the cashier doing stories with the other employee of their vacations, and seeing pictures of this vacation, I know it is difficult to work standing up and at night, we are all workers, but the client is also tired of working and wants to do the shopping as much as possible. fast possible to get home, I usually buy in this publix by vicinity and understand that it can be an isolated case, thank you.
