Nice Publix grocery... clean store with lots of good products but especially their prices are pretty affordable... I was impressed with their bakery especially and the cooked food they had... I like to go shopping here when in town for the SEC Baseball Tournament... If you're from out of town or new to Alabama, Publix is a great choice for groceries.

I love this Publix. Been going here for 3 years now & I've never had an issue. Most of the staff is very friendly & I've enjoyed some of the recommended recipes they have. Shelves are always stocked, or in the process of being re-stocked. There have been a few times where I couldn't find something & staff has walked me to the aisle & made sure it was on the shelf & handed it to me. I appreciate it so much because I have visited other stores & been told what aisle something is on & have not found it. So, I prefer to shop at Publix, knowing I will leave with what I need every time. Last year I found a pot online, asked them to hold it for me, & then went in to pick it up. I don't care that it was a $40 pot, I was glad to pay the price knowing it was what I needed; & because staff was so helpful. You don't see this much at other places.

Tried to call the floral department to place an order. Spoke to a representative, was asked to be connected to florist, and was cut off three times! Asked her nicely to not cut me off again but after the third time I just gave up. Phones shouldn't be that hard to operate... I generally have good shopping experiences there but this was pretty infuriating.

I can;t say enough great things about shopping here! While some prices are more expensive than at other grocery stores, the great products and wonderful staff make it totally worth it! I enjoy saving money with their sales and coupons. This is the only grocery store that I have been to that genuinely makes me want to keep coming back!

Fairly decent selection of local craft beers. Good variety of wines. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They get a AAA rating in that department. I shop there fairly often and the store is clean and consistent. They lose a star because they don't stock Dean's Country Sausage (not Jimmy Dean's) made in Attalla, Alabama.
