Can't begin to express how unbelievably grateful we are with SHANNON at the bakery. My family and I were celebrating my niece's first birthday and expecting a bunch of guests. First niece & grandchild, big event you know. The cake we had ordered elsewhere arrived and it was absolutely horrendous. The colors didn't match, the cake was falling apart and even leaking! There was no way we could place that out so we ran to publix to try and find some cupcakes and a cake that would at least match a bit and save the day. They didn't have any cakes that matched but they had perfectly matching cupcakes. They only had 12 available and we needed 24 so we asked Shannon if there was any possible way we could get 12 more with the same frosting and explained the situation. She said it was a bit late and they had pretty much shut down services for the day but given the circumstances she made an exception. Not only did she make the most beautiful and amazing cupcakes but she even made us a cake!!!! My sister and I cried because we could not believe how beautiful it had come out and how helpful and kind shannon had been. Bless her soul!!!! Thank you shannon!!!!

The store is always very clean-The floor staff is extremely helpful and courteous-The quality of the meat and vegetables is exceptional. I've shopped at this store for over 30 yrs. and have never had any major issues.

I ordered a sub so I didn't have to wait in line and not waste my whole break waiting in line for 15 minutes. I got there expecting my food to be done and ready to pick up, but unfortunately it wasn't, and I still had to wait in line and tell them that my food was already ordered online and they started working on it there, so then defeating the purpose of ordring online . This is not the first time its happend. They should really work on the timing for online orders. Its dissapinting.
