Love to have this store within 8 minutes from my house. Am partial to Kohl's for a nostalgic reason; it started in my home state of Wisconsin! I love the ability to 'stack' coupon upon coupon along with the 'on sale price'! It has a good selection of multiple clothing sizes; shoes; purses; jewelry and home goods from kitchen; bed and bath and accessories for home and personal style! Their % off coupons have very few exclusions and make-up is one of those that cannot be purchased using them. Kohl's has great sales to begin with and then using your %- off coupons yields a final comparable to used bargain shops. Many times I have comparison shopped online and with my current coupons, paired with YES rewards and/or Kohl's cash when available, Kohl's has won my business time after time!

Last weekend my wife, 6 month old son, & I headed over to Kohl's for an afternoon of shopping as we do every few weeks. This time was different. When leaving the family dressing room on the men's end of the store, an employee quickly descended upon my wife and son as I headed to grab a larger size asking if her, "Did you just leave the dressing room? Were you all in there together?" The accusing tone was uncomfortable for her and unjustified. He then told her she and my son are not allowed in the dressing room with me. It wasn't a preventative measure to ensure she didn't go into the dressing room with our child and I, it was a shaming for having been in there in the first place. When I circled back around to my wife and son I was shocked to hear this happened. I'm almost happy I wasn't there for the conversation because judging by the tone, I'd have reacted in a way consistent with the absurdity of it all. On the way to the restroom I saw the gentleman who basically scolded my wife and was given a dirty look. (What in God's name is wrong with people?) When I asked to speak to the store manager I was met by a timid figure who after 2 seconds of telling him the story was told, "I know exactly who you're talking about." I asked if there's s policy about families inside the dressing room. His response was that it was unofficial and unwritten. That to me is a NO. He then asked if my wife was BREASTFEEDING which she was not but that's beyond inappropriate to ask and also NONE OF YOUR GODDAMN BUSINESS. The conversation was minimally apologetic and made me feel less than valued as a very frequent customer. Although we generally enjoy the shopping experience, we will never return to this location and will be spreading the word about the harassment and poor quality of service by the manager when given an opportunity to make things right. Will be filing a formal complaint with corporate.

It does not have a good selection for Women's plus. Very small section - no jeans. Definitely catering to young & thin. Good for my daughter but her eyes bugged out at the prices. Not what I'm used to from Kohls.

Although generally very expensive, you can always find great deals online. Customer service desk has provided excellent service thus far. They're always so friendly and ready to help resolve issues.

They don't have a great selection of home items. This is much smaller than a typical Kohl's and only single story. Good selection of clothes and jewelry but don't expect much elsewhere. I went here on Black Friday and was kind of underwhelmed by the products in stock so I didn't take advantage of as many deals as I would have liked.
