Very disappointing Deli here. Ordered 2 different types of giant sub platters and when I went to pick them up, they were both the same type, and an hour late. In a seperate incident, I picked out a pre-made half-sub That was labeled "Italian Sub" but it turned out to be a Chicken and bacon sub when I opened it the next day for lunch. This is not quality that I expect from a Publix. The staff here are very friendly. Albeit the Deli department seems to be in chaos more often than not. I have also witnessed others returning special Deli orders that were not what was ordered.

Went to get a prescription filled because it was recommended by the dentist. The clerk took my information but seemed a little put off that I would come to get an antibiotics filled for free. I did not set this policy and it's not effecting you so deal with it. He told me it would take 30 minutes or less to fill and I told him I would wait. 45 minutes later I went to see what was taking so long. He stated he messed up a number and he was processing it now. All in all it took about an hour to finally get my prescription. I will be just go back to my other pharmacy for any future needs.

Love it there. Most everyone is so friendly & helpful. Prices have gotten much better & great produce. Please keep carrying Drake's products (especially Ring Dings)! Your store is the only one for 20 miles that has them.
