Sweet and Sassy made our Wedding cake mini years ago. I Don't go in that often the last few years. But I have never had a problem. My mom got a cake each year she would not have any other. They are family not a corporation. If you have a complaint go to the owner I am sure they  donot get most complaints until they read it here.

Sweet n Sassy customer service is horrifying, this business doesn’t have just one employee that is difficult to associate with, there are multiple employees that are abundantly rude and disrespectful in the bakery. My husbands family and I are frequent customers of this bakery and in the past months of visiting the employees has been abundantly rude, extremely disrespectful with eye rolling towards myself and other customers, and lazy to fix orders. Truly a shame that a business owner would allow their staff to treat customers in such a way.

Left after waiting 15 minutes and no service. 2 employees made eye contact with me yet made no effort to assist me. The employees watched me leave and said nothing. I'd recommend Sweet Creations bakery instead.

I Tried to order a birthday cake today for Saturday . Was told in the pasted must give 24 hours noticed.. So called today  October  5th (Thursday)  giving a 48 hours notice and was told they  could not  make a cake for pickup on Saturday, because they were short  handed.  So them being short handed means  I will have to do without a birthday cake..From  up to this point my  favorite Bakery...Sad and  ..  Very Disappointed !!!!!
