I usually love Publix. I have had many great experiences at this location; the cashiers are always friendly and I absolutely love the guy who makes the sushi. However, my experience with the deli at this location has changed my mind. I called to special order some chicken wings, only to be put on hold for 15 minutes. then when I was finally able to speak to someone, I was quickly hung up on. So I came into the store to see if I'd have better luck. Nope. The lady behind the deli counter literally rolled her eyes at me when I asked if they had what I was looking for, then just handed me a list to go by (which they didn't even have everything on the list). Note that this was an item I had ordered at another location several times with no problem. This was the first unpleasant experience I've had at any Publix, I hope they fix this issue soon.

Cashier was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Some of the other cashier's had that do not want to be bothered attitude. The cashier asked if I wanted someone to look for an item I couldn't find and the other cashier looked as if to say " I'm not going to look for it".

It's always a pleasure to shop at this location. They are always friendly and have what I'm looking for in stock. I love the deli and bakery!
