Staff is kind and helpful.  Have had trouble in the past regarding keeping items in stock.  Frequently out of different products that require me to make a stop to another market.  Also, the lines here can be outrageous.  Most of the time it's because of couponers which isn't the store's fault but still makes shopping here inconvenient.

Deli is usually very busy during lunchtime, so I ordered online. I arrived at my pick up time, but my food was not ready. I stood by the pickup spot and was ignored by the employees as they helped other customers.

After standing there for 10 minutes, I decided to just get in line. I got to the front of the line (at the counter) before my sandwich was dropped in the pickup area. I received no apology for the wait.

Moral of the story, things do not get done quickly here (at least at the deli). Be prepared to wait in long lines. If you do order in advance, it does not matter. You might as well still stand in the long line.

Their chicken tender sub is great! They never skimp out on ingredients and always give you more than enough for your sub.

I came in on a Saturday at 1pm to put in an order for 2 prescriptions that I needed ASAP. The pharmacist said she's call me in about 2 hours when it would be ready. It was going on 6:30pm when the pharmacy closes at 7pm and I had to call them to find out if it was ready. Their communication needs to be better.
