The bakery sucks. Always loved the publix cookies until they weren't cook right anymore. The bread be stale also. What happened?

Love Publix and this location has huge parking with pharmacy. Great customer service too!

The largest publix that I have been in. It has a very large dedicated parking garage, full pharmacy and full liquor store downstairs, and a very expansive store upstairs. There is also a cafe area with separate seating where people seem to enjoy meeting up and chatting in front of the nice large windows at the front of the store. The store has an escalator to the top floor complete with buggy carrier to help you back down.

Worse customer service in the deli and sub area. I got there took a number and listened as the lady "publix employee" chatted away for 15 mins in spanish about personal issues. I speak 3 lamguages so I understood everything. After a 15 min chat she finally takes the customers order and then proceeds to walk around the deli counter and chat with somone else. I was so pissed off as I bit my tongue didn't say a word! After her 5 min chat she says next customer in line. After literally 20 mins in line I was next. Then another 15 min to get a sub made. In all 35 min waiting is unacceptable!
