I've been going to this Publix for years ans spend a fortune here and recently I've seen the Deli just fall into chaos. I have two stories: The first one is that I was standing at the counter ready to spend $15 per lb for prosciutto. There were 2 girls there and one was busy. The busy one told me she would help me after she was done with someone else because the other girl was going on break. I left. The second really ticked me off as well. One girl was waiting on a guy with a list and one was making sandwiches. The third girl was preparing a phone order and looked right at me and ignored me while she continued the order. I left. I worked in a deli and I was a meat cutter for years and I would have been fired if I let a customer wait like that at the counter. Whoever the deli manager is should be ashamed; and fired.

This is undoubtedly the best grocery store! The staff is always helpful, they will stop whatever else they are doing to help find something or check backstock. Produce is always fresh, as is the meat. You can't go wrong at Publix!

Went Deli to get the $5.00 meal special: half a smoked chicken with two sides and cornbread one is mac and cheese and the other was green beans. They didn't have any of the chicken was offered ribs was given three ribs they were the toughest ribs I've ever had. I got the mac and cheese no green beans had to settle on potato wedges instead. Never got my cornbread either and wasn't offered anything in its place. Glad I won't never go to this Publix again!!

When you simply cant find that artisan cheese, that premium deli meat or that particular fresh produce to complete your recipe...publix has you covered. Fast and friendly service, super clean store, great selection. Employee owned and promote from within...publix is the type of company we need more of in america.

Sometimes the baggers don't get it...but today was awesome. The same bagger/cashier was bringing in carts,saw me & asked if I was headed in. I nodded yes & she turned right around & got a cart for me. I think her name was Angie but i'll edit this when I have thime.. Such a Super store!!!
