I shop here about 3 times a week and the majority of the employees are extremely friendly, and genuinely care to help if you need it. The lines are always short. I'm willing to pay a little more for friendly and quick service compared to its large competitor. They do have great bogos which come out cheaper and I stock up each time. :)

The only positive thing about this Publix is the seafood department and the liquor store staff. The deli staff is pretty much full of attitude and they make it beyond apparent that they could care less if you get the food that you order. If you order online, 90% of the time the order is either not ready or its incorrect once you get it home. I've had plenty of instances where the food wasn't ready even 30 minutes up to an hour after it was scheduled to be picked up, when the issue was brought to management instead of offering to get someone to make the food she simply offered us a discount on a box of chicken. Once you make it to the register and wait ten minutes (even in the 10 items or less line) you are "greeted" with more attitude from the cashiers, minus a few. This is overall not a Publix that I would recommend to anyone. It's a shame that Publix is letting their customer service and overall quality of a store to go so far downhill. After my trip to this store last night, it's safe I won't be back.

Best publix in Florida! We shop here everyday and the employees are awsome! They have the best free coffee!

The cashiers in the bag persons are very nice people and we communicate very well. I'm a customer of that been going to this Market since Ira was manager of the store. Everyone that's there and the store nose me.

I love publix subs! Never takes as long as other places to get my food. You can also order ahead.
