Newly painted and upgraded. Clean store , wide isles ,helpful and courteous employees. Now; they change to full self checkouts (no cashiers ) with updated scanner/computers..(Nov.2017). Customer service reps are helpful..

3 out of 10 people ACTUALLY KNOW what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!! There was a sweet young man doing the work of 3 people and ACTUALLY smiles! I never got his name but compared to the other employees he was the most productive, kind and helpful. I go here often due to convince. THIS PLACE COULD BE MUCH BETTER IF THEY TRAINED PEOPLE TO ACTUALLY ACT RIGHT!

Well on Jan 3 1018 I Came to this Walmart at 1145pm 15 mins to shop I picked up around 100/150 of Groceries and was approached My a associate telling me not to pick up anything else instead of going on the PA to let me know to proceed to the register. I got to the Register at 12:01 the manager IMAD Approach me telling me to leave my basket he is not taking me because they are closed. But I’ve been in the store I’m the last if two customers. And u made me leave the store very rude and I felt discriminated against. Why couldn’t u just ring me up when register 2 light was still on. Never shopping at Walmart again I don’t care I’ll shop and Publix for now on aleast they care about their customers. With kids

I had a very pleasant visit at your store located in Ocoee. Associated were helpful, friendly and appeared to be in a holiday spirit.

Awful place. At most they have two registers open and sometimes non and this forces you to use the self check out. They fired one of the best employees they had her name was Lily and she was actually nice and talked to us when we check out we were very sad to here she was fired as she was one reason we kept going to this Walmart in the first place. Viola is an awesome cashier and is very pleasant and she makes you feel welcome and will do anything to help you. Another favorite is a young man who collects carts I don't remember his name but he is very helpful and pleasant. There is a newer cashier who's name I don't remember who is not friendly she won't even talk or interact with people. We were there on Friday afternoon and she messed up something when checking out the people ahead of us and then didn't say a word while checking us out. It's like Walmart fires all the good employees and keeps around the unpleasant people or hires the unpleasant people that they can find. Only go here really because it's close by but I prefer to go to the Walmart super center.
