Poor service. Line of people at customer service. 1 rep behind the desk. Assistant manager came up, disregarded the line, took some other guy instead. I told her there was a line of people and we were all waiting. She responded snooty that it was the lottery line. Well the other lady was by herself,  so wouldn't matter what line. No sense is sincere or empathy. Her name was Lisa. Then she just handed me off to another attendant. Great customer service Publix. I'll go elsewhere.

This is a great neighborhood grocery store. We love the fantastic meat counter and produce section. I don't do my everyday shopping there, but for specialty items, Publix is great!

Horrible experience... they served soups that were three days old. I tried to speak with the manager Lisa Torres but I had no success. 
Instead of apologizing and assure that this situation would never again. She interrupted me and tried to tell me that they ran out of the Friday soup and that’s why they were serving the Wednesday menu. When the staff had already confessed to all clients that as waiting in line that it was Wednesday soup.

I highly recommend you to not show at this publix.  I am a loyal publix shopper but I will never return to this location ever again.

This is one of the first Publix stores, Publix number 50, and so smaller than a lot of stores, with no space to expand. It's been a great store to shop at over the years and the customer service is good; produce and meat is good as any Publix is so I give me 5 stars

friendly staff and I'm usually in and out fairly fast. the only problem i have us with the produce. Manu times I've come in to get an avocado or pepper only to reach into the display and grab a rotten item.other than that it's usually clean and a decent shopping experience.
