Security is polite and personable. Check-in staff is welcoming and budtenders are always great. All staff is masked. I have been in here a few times now and have come in for different items each time. Always feel welcome, never rushed. Good selection of products, their house products are very good, even their entry pre-rolls are good. They honor veterans with a discount daily!
They have the best selection around. Knowledgeable staff and a vey friendly experience. It ya bit out of the way as I live on the Berk/Oak border but worth the trip. One of the biggest I have ever seen too. An all over high five!
I’d give one star if I could. I called and got attitude from the receptionist. Then I got there, the parking was horrendous. Then the BT sold me high priced DRY WEED. Sad because I usually really like them :

Spamming with texts from different numbers with no way to end. I’ve called many times and they said they’d take me off soon. They do nothing. I’ve filled and fcc report and nothing has come of it.

I have blocked about 10 numbers and they keep spamming!! Changing the number & even the info number to call. THEY ARE STILL MESSAGING ME I have asked them multiple times I have no idea where they got my number!
