Driver was great. Service was underwhelming. Food took 1 1/2 hours to arrive and was stone cold. They took $5 off my $22 order, when my food was inedible. Ever tried to eat cold fries? They don't factor driver time into the equation, the restaurant makes your order and it will sit there for an hour before someone picks it up.

After the food had been sitting in the restaurant for 45 minutes I told them I'd like to cancel the order, but there was no response from their 'customer service' # (it's just some persons cell phone). I got a call after the food had been delivered and they said they'd take $5 off my order. Not very happy about that, I had to throw the food out anyway.

Love this!  They have always been reliable and add new options constantly.  There is an upcharge to normal menu items, but still well worth not having to leave the house to have exactly what I want for dinner.  Food is still warm when it arrives and I don't have to do dishes after.

When this business first opened in  Olympia, it was great. Food was delivered on time, hot, and by people who were very friendly. I became quite the regular customer. Each time they added a new restaurant to their roster, I got excited and my family was able to try food from local restaurants we hadn't even heard of. 

However, over the last month things have gone downhill. Food takes longer to arrive. It is often lukewarm and not good from having been sitting. One of the few times I chose to pay cash, the driver didn't even have $5 in change to give me. I tip well, but an $7 tip on a $13 is a bit overkill. 

The last time I ordered, I had to go pick the food up from the restaurant myself. It had been taking a long time so I called the restaurant, Jim Bob's. They told me my food had already been waiting for 45 minutes. Jim Bob's was kind enough to remake my food fresh and allow me to come get it. By the time the driver called me to apologize, I had already picked up the food and gone home. We were eating. It was 2 hours and 45 minutes after I ordered. Since I used a credit card, I told the driver I would like my money back. He said he'd let the dispatcher know. I never received another call from the owner or a manager to apologize and it took 5 days to see the charge come off my bank account.

It is doubtful that I will continue to use this service as it's become rather disappointing, and the non-existent response from whoever is in charge tells me they don't care for my business.

I love PugetSound2Go! Thurston County has needed a food delivery service for so long. The deliveries are quick, and they use thermal bags to keep the food hot. Me and my employees even have food delivered to us while we're at work!
