There were multiple errors on my SNAP form and the incredibly rude woman at the front desk said they were typos and kicked me out basically. She also made a dig at me that "she pays for her own food" without knowing squat about my situation. Horrible place, horrible people....probably reflecting the horrible AR government that threw so many of us off of medicaid.

It seems as if the Department of Human Services only hires people whom clearly do not want a job. The ladies who answers the phone are very very rude. If you come in the office to turn in paperwork the administrative assistants are also very rude. I called to check on my case and had to ask the lady on the phone THREE TIMES to transfer me to my caseworker. Also, beware of the caseworkers. They will send you out paperwork stating that your services have been cancelled, however, when you to call to ask why you get a response like this: “ Lately everything has been having my name on it the system downtown must be broken.” Which is clearly a lie since the caseworker attempted to cancel benefits before. Everyone there is just rude as hell.

I've been calling for 2 days now, and nobody will pick up. They closed my case bc of 1 piece of missing information instead of calling or something they just close it.
