going on 2 yrs now with our mini doxie "Biscuit". We still are very happy with him. He is very healthy and John @ Puppy Experience was a pleasure to do business with. The place is clean and friendly and we will definitely go there again for another puppy in the future! = )

I would give five stars if it was the previous owners but since new ownership the staff is a bit snippy. Customers can be annoying but the gentleman who had his hair in a ponytail was awesome. He’d let you take your time. Never lost patience. Was awesome with pricing. Since new ownership there is no room for negotiation. The friendliness is lacking. The atmosphere is different. I give four stars because I never had bad issues. But it used to be a ten.

Worst customer service. I drove 45 minutes to visit this shop hoping to find a hypoallergenic pup  No greeting or welcome when we walked in. Just a cold "we close in ten minutes to feed the puppies"  without even looking at us directly... didn't ask what kind of puppy I was  looking for... or even an invitation back for when they were finished feeding the puppies. They were too busy chatting it up in the front. Just affirmation that I should adopt and not shop. They didn't even say good bye as we left. What a joke.

A lot more puppies then I thought! Really nice layout, looked very clean. A lot cleaner then a lot of other puppy stores.

I purchased my Schnoodle (Schnauzer & Poodle) from this place on 12/03/17 and I'm extremely happy! Due to family allergies I needed to find a dog that is hypoallergenic that would work for my husband & son. I did visit local shelters first but couldn't find what I wanted. I also went to various pet stores and this store by far was the best. The workers certainly love all the dogs in the shop and make sure that everyone visiting follows the rules, which gave me peace of mind.
