I have been coming to this place for at least six or seven years, and it never fails to impress. They have such a wide variety of desserts, everything from traditional cake, to vegan and gluten-free options, tarts, cookies, breads, as well as a full selection of espresso drinks. This is a favorite place for me to bring my daughters for a special occasion, birthday, or holiday. They mix up the varieties of cakes, so there is always something new to try. Their cheesecake as amazing as well.
A really nice place to get dessert and just chill/hangout for a bit. The inside space is pretty big and comfortable; definitely a good place to go for a sugary snack and beverage. The staff is also really nice and knowledgeable about their stuff so if you have any questions they can answer them for you. : This time we had the chocolate moose and the earl Gray moose with a vanilla Italian soda and the honey coffee. The honey coffee paired perfectly with the cake.
What a darling place! Such yummy dessert options— so far I’ve tried the peppermint chocolate cheesecake and the caramel turtle cheesecake. The staff are so friendly and kind. Service is quick and stellar. The prices are very reasonable. The indoor seating is just darling and there’s outdoor seating as well!
I want to give this place zero stars because of my growing waistline. The carrot cake being the major culprit... so dang good. I take people here when visiting from out of town because it hasn’t disappointed me after dozens of visits. Cake is moist, rich, savory and up there in top 5 cake experiences. Pay them a visit, your day will get better immediately.
Pure Bliss is a great name for this place. I got a gluten free, vegan Carrot cake that is absolutely to die for. I never take the time to do reviews so trust me. Amazing
the desserts here are insanely good! the slices of cake my friend and i had were both a bit too rich to eat here often, but i don’t think that’s a real downside. just means that they’re great when you want to treat yourself : lots of vegan and GF options and the ambiance is lovely as well.
When my partner and I first moved to Bellingham this quickly became our favorite dessert spot. 4 years later we got married and they catered our wedding sweets and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved the cookies, and especially our wedding cake. Was FAR less expensive than many other local bakeries but the quality was top tier! A big thank you to the bakers and everyone involved for making that part of our day so sweet
My husband and I went for a treat. We walked inside and what a beautiful place! They have little gifts to look at on your way to an awesome selection of cakes, you can purchase a whole or slice of cake, brownies, shortbread, and mousse to name a few. They also offer gluten options. They prepared our order to go we ordered the chocolate torte and some shortbread cookies. While we waited my husband had a local micro brew and I had a chai latte. I was also surprised how busy not too busy, but a definite comfy and cozy place to hangout with friends, I highly recommend!
We eloped at Mt.Baker National Forest back in September and I ordered our cake from here. We are from Missouri, so the whole ordering process happend through email and Renee made it seamlessly easy! We got exactly what we wanted and the cake was not only beautiful, but the best tasting cake we've ever had!! We got the Tall Petite Satellite cake, Berries and Cream with raspberry sweetcream on the inside and it was so amazing! The cake served 8 of us and we even had leftovers for breakfast the next day. I wish we lived in Washington because I would probably be in here all the time. I definitely know when we go back, that we'll be stopping in again!
One of my favorite spots in town. The Cookies and Cream cake is to die for. You can buy by cake the slice, or whole. You can’t go wrong with any of the options here. Cookies, Nanaimo bars, cupcakes, etc. My friend swears by their NY Cheesecake. They also have a full espresso bar. Outdoor heated and inside seating. Got some of their premade creme brûlée to go.
