Top notch fitness company!!    Not a “gym” attention to detail and correct body mechanics!   Personalized workouts tailored to our needs and abilities!  Ryan the owner, Anna and Adam are focused on long term goals!   We feel more toned,with increased flexibility at our pace in just 6 weeks!

I have never loved a gym more!  The staff/family is so supportive and it is such a friendly, welcoming environment.   The staff here really cares about you as a person and they want to see you succeed.  I appreciate the 28 day challenge for beginners and ongoing challenges to keep you motivated!  The scheduling is great and the three 1-hour sessions work well with my schedule.  I love taking advantage of the monthly hiking trips, grocery trip, and additional team challenges!  The gym itself is nice too!  Great equipment, fun music, lots of encouragement!  Bottom Line:  It's just good people, getting a good sweat and being good to each other.  I've never been a part of anything quite like it.
