Saw a full-size 15 passenger van listed online with 15,000 miles.  Low mileage examples are actually few-and-far-between, so I was interested. The price was about right, not high, not low.  The ad had tons of great pictures of the inside and outside.  Called spoke with the salesman.  Asked all the normal questions, reviewed the free Carfax.  Everything looked and sounded great.  Traveled 2+ hours to find that the van actually had 30,000 miles.  Hmm, that seems like a bit of an oversight, wouldn't you say?  Salesman who I was working with excuses it away by explaining that they rent vans out, so, yeah, the mileage is 'a little higher' than what the pictures showed. So, this is just some friendly advice if you are looking at cars online from Putnam Ford: Be sure to call to make sure (A) the vehicle is not part of their rental fleet & (B) that the mileage listed online is accurate as of the date you are speaking with the salesman. Talk about a complete rip off, after having my explorer looked at and having the service department explain to me that I have less than 2mm left in my brakes and my rotors need to be replaced (approx. 1,200 bill) I said no and I'll rescheduled at another time. After having a different  mechanic take a look and seeing that I had more than 4mm left and all rotors where in good condition, needles to say I did not need brakes or rotors. It would have been a complete rip off and I would have been out 1,200. I will not be returning to Putnam ford ever again!

Really great dealership. I had them fix my 2016 F250 they fixed it perfect the first time.

(To start I would have 0 stars if possible) 
Putnam Ford was a nightmare since day 1 with my car. Every time I left that place my car had a new problem with it. Had my car for a year and a half and went through 3 water pumps. each time a hassle to get fixed (even though It was under warranty) . Brought my car in due to overheating, they told me nothing was wrong. about two weeks after one of my belts came out of my car on the highway and car completely over-heated.  Would not recommend this place to ANYONE.  looking for a good car? Valenti is the way to go. Not Putnam Ford.

Putnam Ford's service department is always very accommodating when it comes to my schedule.  They are good about keeping me informed as to what repairs are needed and the time it will take to do them. They are exactly what I look for in customer service: Friendly and honest.  They treat me  like I am their best customer.
