The best customer service always pleasant and professional !!!!
I've been renting from Enterprise for 8 years and rented few diferent country's Brazil 🇧🇷 Italy 🇮🇹 Germany 🇩🇪 and have never been disappointed , they always make me happy every time I go rent a car with them and I want to say thank you very much to all from enterprise corporation and special to  the manager of Brooklyn ct enterprise George and all his team work you guys the best always take care me very well and always there for me  !!! They always got great cars that are well maintained, and clean , and best of fantastic customer service by friendly people that treat you like a family , efficient people who always make you feel welcome.  thanks again Brooklyn ct enterprise and the manager George you guys the best 👍👍👍

We had a very unpleasant experience at enterprise in Brooklyn today. The representative named Connor Fagan I believe was extremely unhelpful. My wife was there to pick up the vehicle that we had reserved a few days ago. He did not have the vehicle and claimed he did not even have the reservation. He then refused to call me directly so that I could give him the information I had.  My wife then called the willimantic location and spoke to an excellent woman who found the reservation (at Brooklyn) and found us a suitable vehicle at a different location that we will be picking up tomorrow.
