I truly wish I could rate my experience higher. The quality of this company's work was top notch and my experience with their representatives at my home was unmatched. That said, however, the customer service that I received from their office left quite a bit to be desired. 

After a storm took large portions of my roof off I needed to have the whole thing replaced. I called the company office and set up and scheduled an appointment. The time came and went and nobody arrived at my house. I called and rescheduled. Again I waited at the agreed upon time and nobody showed up. I finally went to the office in person for an explanation and cancelled any further communication from the company. 

A few hours later I received a call from one of the field reps who profusely apologized and asked for an opportunity to provide us with service. He personally set up a time to come out and I reluctantly agreed to meet him. When he arrived he was thorough and professional. He even agreed to return when my insurance adjuster came out so that he could made sure the adjuster saw everything that he did. 

When the adjuster came to the house I called the same field rep on the phone and he agreed to be there. Sure to his word he arrived and helped me out with the insurance company. After agreeing to allow him to do the work I signed some papers and was told that I would get a call within two weeks to set up a day to complete the work. This was the moment things really went downhill. 

After not hearing from the company for three weeks I called their office. I was told that they were behind and I would get a call within the week. I heard nothing. I called again and was told that I would be hearing from someone by Friday. On Friday the office called and told me that the crew would be at my house the following Monday to do the work. Monday came and went and nobody showed up. 

That Wednesday I went to the office to speak to somebody in person. I was told that I had to be pushed back and would receive a call rescheduling. 

I finally got a call telling me that the crew would be at my house on Saturday morning to fix my roof. By this time it had been almost four months since the damage occurred to my roof and I started this process. 

Saturday morning I got a call from the field rep at 0830 telling me that his crew would be there at 0900. I went outside to move my cars out of the driveway so that they could work and got another phone call literally five minutes later telling me that the crew had decided to take the day off and I would have to be rescheduled. I sware of I hadn't already waited four months for a new roof I would have cancelled and found another roofer. 

Finally the crew showed up to fix my roof the following Monday. The crew was fast, courteous, professional, and nice. They really seemed to know what they were doing and were very systematic. I didn't see anybody lounging around. My new roof turned out great. 

Again...I wish I could recommend this company. Their work is incredible. Their customer service, however, could really use an upgrade.

I had a few shingles loose that were causing a roof leak. I called and had someone out the next day. They fixed it and were professional and very courteous. Highly recommend, Top notch service. I will be using them when it comes time to replace my whole roof.

If you are in need of a new roof, call Pyramid Roofing!  This company did my mothers roof and we couldn't be more pleased. The staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable and made the process for a new roof easy from start to finish!
